The Back Page is a podcast hosted by [[Matthew Castle]] and [[Samuel Roberts]], veterans of print games journalism in the UK. Per the About page on [https://www.patreon.com/backpagepod their Patreon], "Our goal is to be celebratory and insightful about games, and fun at the same time." The podcast has been airing mostly-weekly since November of 2020.

This wiki is primarily a joke inspired by Samuel's references to adding data to the non-existent wiki, and secondarily a project to satisfy the host's curiosity on what's involved in operating a wiki. Most of the data here was actually sourced from [[A Back Page fansite]] as the host has only been listening to the podcast since late 2023.  As this is a hands-on learning experience, things are very much a work in progress, as we get to grips with best practices and whatnot.
